Cancellation POLICIES:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or you have not notified us to cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a no show/late cancel fee. I will always call you if you are not here for your appointment fifteen minutes after your time slot. This gives you the opportunity to still make a session, should you happen to forget. 

Confidentiality and Harm to Self or Others:

All sessions are confidential unless you, as my client specifically sign a written authorization to release information to a specific party. By law, I am mandated to report if you are suicidal or homicidal to the appropriate authorities, even without your permission. It is to attempt to ensure your safety or the safety of others.

If there is suspected child or elder abuse, I am also mandated to report to the appropriate authorities. Attempting to ensure safety is mandated by law.

Appointment Timeliness:

I have appreciated the promptness of my clients. I attempt to do the same for you and be on time for sessions with you. Rarely, I may run over for five or ten minutes. I don't want to interrupt when someone is crying or when you are having a personal ah ha moment. It is not my habit to run late.
